Performex Health will provide  a  full refund if you are not satisfied with  the EComplex - Him product  based on the following terms and conditions.

To be eligible for the product refund if you have personally purchased EComplex - Him, you must return the original packaging to the address provided below, along with a statement or details of how you would like to be refunded.

To be eligible for the product refund if you have purchased a EComplex - HIm, you must return the original packaging with at least 6 capsules undisturbed inside to the address provided below  within 60 days of the purchase date , along with a statement or details of how you would like to be refunded.

If you want to take advantage of our Special Savings by ordering multiple containers. You can still try the product absolutely risk-free for 60 days. Simply return the unopened containers within 60 days of receiving your order and we will refund you the entire purchase price.

Performex Health takes no responsibility for the loss, misplacement or damage of goods while in postage to us that may void the consumer's satisfaction refund.

Please do not ship any product back after the 60-day refund period has expired, as we will not be able to provide a refund or ship the product back to you after the 60-day refund period has expired.

Please feel free to try our products, but refunds are limited to one order per customer.

Delivery Policy

We ship to most of the countries.. If you are unable to select your country at the checkout phase, please contact us.

Once our operations team have received your order, it will be filled and shipped by DHL, Fedex or registered mail. Normal delivery time is 7-10 business days.

You will receive a confirmation email when the product is shipped.

If for any reason the order has not be delivered within 14 business days, please contact us and we will investigate the case.
